Where is the car delivered?
The car is always delivered at the Tropikal Rentals office. Free transfer from Hato airport or a local address (within 20 km) is available. Outside this radius: US$ 55.87 one way.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence.
How long must I have held a driving licence?
You must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driving licence for the entire rental period.

Do you offer long-term rental for interns and young people up to 25?

All our cars are automatic with A/C & bluetooth.
Will I get exactly the car in the photo?
Per vehicle class we have various equivalent models. The photo is an example - you may not receive exactly the same model.
How many kilometres may I drive?
You may drive unlimited kilometres.
Are there any costs besides the rental fee?
Child seat: US$ 7.50 per day. Any penalties are listed in the algemene voorwaarden.
Can I rent a car for one day?
Holiday/business rental: minimum 3 days. Student rate: minimum 1 month.
How is the rental car insured?
Third-party liability+ and all-risk cover via Tropikal Rentals with an excess of max. US$ 550 per incident. Optional: reduce excess to US$ 100 - US$ 11.50 per day.
What should I do in case of damage or breakdown?
In case of damage: call 9233 ForenSys, do not move the vehicle and notify Tropikal Rentals immediately via +5999 562 3003 of WhatsApp.
